Newman Davis and Company was formed by Geoffrey Davis M.Sc, FRICS, MCI Arb in April 1983, following an extensive period of practice in Guildford and London. With over 44 years experience in the profession, Geoffrey Davis has a very wide range of property business activities.
The firms speciality is Added Value, often involving planning, valuation, taxation and landlord and tenant challenges. To this end, a Master of Science degree in Planning and Development has been obtained.
Other activities involve development, investment, agency (lettings and sales), valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals and property management.
