Newman Davis and Company was formed by Geoffrey Davis, M.Sc., FRICS, in April 1983, following an extensive period of practice in Guildford and London.
With over 46 years experience in the property profession, Geoffrey Davis enjoys a very wide range of property business activities and contacts.
The firm now concentrates on investment, development, renovation, and asset management.
Newman Davis have ongoing connections with a variety of successful Institutional and high net worth clients.
Geoffrey Davis founded the 100 Property Club. He is a Committee Member of Guildford Chamber of Commerce and Guildford Business Forum. He is a Governor of Guildford School of Acting, and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Painter-Stainers.
Hobbies include charity walks, including Mera Peak in the Himalayas (6654m), Kilimanjaro in Tanzania (5895m) and the three UK peaks in 24 hours.
Helicopters are also flown for business and as a hobby, current on Bell JetRanger and Aerospatial Squirrel.
Married and living in Guildford and Amberley, West Sussex.
Three grown up children. Daughter living in Sydney and two sons (one also a Chartered Surveyor), both Masters graduates.
